  • I have never had grits before and was told that if I had grits I would have to try them from The Flying Biscuit. The wait wasn't that long when we first got there and were seated within about 10 minutes. The colorful ambiance of the restaurant is nice and many people seemed to just be enjoying the company of others around them. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and helped us pick what would go best with our grits. I must admit, the grits here were simply amazing! It was a great place to have my first grits experience. The service was quick and we were in and out of there relatively fast. We both got breakfast with our grits and it was delicious. A great treat in the South!
