  • If you own a York system, this is the company to call. We had our brand new top of the line system installed 2 years ago by a shady contractor who is no longer in business, with the solar company who subcontracted him, so when we had our first fail, we could NOT get a hold of him. The company we had been using for our former units could not figure out the problem either, it was anything from bad program on the thermostat to undercharged system. After spending a few hundred dollars on a 3rd company I had hired and who was supposed to be able to service my units failed me as well, since my units went out again on a very hot day in June. I was at wits end, so again I looked on my manufacturers website and found Airria. I actually saw their listing before, but this time they had a website, so I felt a bit more confident. I called and Rich the owner answered while he was on another job. He said he could come out and take a look at my system. Long story short. Rich and his son Chris are absolute professionals. They diagnosed my units and found out that they were improperly installed. After a couple of days trying to figure it out, they did rewiring and made sure my system was running as efficiently as it was supposed to in the first place. Fixing someone else's mistakes and NOT charging me an arm and a leg. It's hard to know who you can trust when you have somebody come into your home. You can trust these guys. Rich always answers the phone, I've never had to leave a voicemail. Honest, Reliable, Professional that's who these guys are.
