  • When I heard that a chef from Piccolo Forno was collaborating with a chef from Umami for a ramen restaurant, I was beyond excited!!! I love both of those places and am obsessed with ramen! ...I think I might have overhyped it in my mind. The ramen noodles were a great texture (not too chewy but not too soggy), and the broth was flavorful, but it didn't blow my mind. Still one of the better options for ramen in Pittsburgh, and definitely worth the try!
