  • They are cheap for a reason. Terrible business ethics and straight up rude to their paying customers. If you want a negative memory of a day that is supposed to be wonderful, then hire these guys! They'll be sure to make you wish you had hired someone else with their unprofessional correspondence throughout the process. Pretty terrible. We booked this company after seeing the reviews that they were great. During the wedding, the guy they had come to capture our day was very nice and from what we heard later, stayed later than he was supposed to (we were so wrapped up in the day that we didn't notice, but are thankful). BUT, not only did it take way longer than the promised 90 business days to receive the footage, but when we inquired about the arrival timing, we got very rude responses like "...what's the rush..." Can't tell you how upsetting that was...especially considering they didn't comply with it on their end and I have the emails and dates to prove this. Then, once we finally did receive the copies, one of the discs was cracked and unable to be played and the footage was completely of the bride and had absolutely no footage of the groom or anyone else during the ceremony. Once we notified them that the disc was cracked, they did send us a new one (definitely not in Blu Ray as promised), but they publicly accused us of cracking the disc when it clearly had happened prior to its arrival. Whether it had happened during shipping or whenever, to accuse your paying clients of breaking the disk is just plain unprofessional. Also, the one major thing that we were looking forward to hearing was the aisle music while walking down since we had great musicians that composed it. Instead, they had another song playing throughout the video so we weren't able to reminisce that wonderful moment with the music that we so tediously chose. The only footage of the ceremony music is on the raw footage that was sent, but that is unedited and bounces around from scene to scene and is not something that we would like to share with our friends and family. Extremely disappointed and sad that we are not able to relive the actual experience, which is why we decided to hire a videographer to begin with. Very unfortunate and if we had it to do all over again, we would have gone with a better company.
