I am extremely happy with my experience with Katerina. I went to get highlights and a cut and I liked it. What really impressed me was that two days after my first appointment, I noticed that my layers weren't as short or angled as I would like - I'm not the most articulate person and I don't think I was clear as I what I wanted during my first visit. So, the next day, I called and asked if she could tweak it. Katerina was very understanding, patient and she spent considerable time tweaking my cut until it was perfect. I think Katerina's reaction really shows a lot of character and reflects Redbloom's customer service philosophy. The entire staff at Redbloom is incredibly customer-oriented. My bf has been a loyal customer for the past 5 years, and I can see why. I'm so glad he persuaded me to switch over.
