  • Walked in and was greeted by an awesome host named Martin. Cover fee is $5 (that could be a weekend thing.) Everything was great until my boyfriend went to order our second round of drinks (Jameson neat and Jameson/sprite.) Sadly the owner AND bartender Jeff refused to make the second round because he "did not tip" after closing out his first round of drinks, which he did. Regardless of whether or not he tipped on his $23 tab, ASKING ABOUT A TIP IS UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER OR NOT! Being apart of the service industry we ALWAYS TIP WHEREVER WE GO! NO MATTER THE SERVICE! Another unfortunate part of the evening was when we both approached Jeff he did not want to engage with his customers to solve the issue and clarify what happened or possibly earn more of a tip. He repeatedly told me to leave, was verbally aggressive and overall the worst bartender in Charlotte. I don't understand how this bar receives the reviews it's does and he will no longer receive our business. Take the negative reviews seriously. Jeff wants a 30% tip for every tab. Be advised that's immoral unless you're amazing and Jeff is far from it. Don't frequent this establishment. Go to Lebowskis! Save time and have a great visit with positive energy and excellent drinks and bartenders!
