  • This store has the worst customer service I've ever had. They are RUDE and give you Major attitude. I had to call TMOBILE corporate office to get my problem resolved. Once I walk back in the store with corporate on my phone then and only than did they resolve my issue. The store manager is a JOKE, how he got that position is beyond me. I will NEVER go to this store again, they lie and try to rip you off!!!! I've been a tmobile customer for 13 years and I could NOT believe how this group of sales people treat their customers. Tmobile should send someone from Corp to see how they operate I'm sure they would Clean House. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!
