  • LOVE THIS PLACE! And people...it's a SPEAKEASY, it's supposed to be difficult to find. That's the whole point. When I was in Chicago a while back we went to find a speakeasy and it probably took us 45 minutes, we passed it twice. It's part of the experience and culture. There's not supposed to be a neon sign out front. Sorry for the rant. The whole atmosphere is eccentric, classic and welcoming all at the same time. They have amazing drinks and the furniture is so eclectic. We venture down to TLS after work some days and it's a nice place to unwind. There is a cool pop-up art gallery next to it that has some really interesting pieces. TLS also has a lot of live entertainment and events. You can find them on their facebook page. All in all, I love this place. Everything about it is perfect.
