  • I am giving the great staff at Clean Freak 5 stars because I had a terrible billing issue that made me decide to never do business with them again. My rate was about to be raised because someone made a mistake on the price I was originally charged and my monthly rate was going to be increased permanently. Rather than ignore my complaint like most car washes, they responded right away fixed the issue. I thought customer service was dead until now. It is nice to see a company that really does care about their customers. The unlimited pass is a great deal, their car wash actually cleans your car without leaving streaks, and now I can say the customer service is excellent as well. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate how well they treat their customers. It's easy to see why Clean Freak won best of New Times!
