rev:text	My husband purchased the groupon for 60 minute reflexology and 30 minute ion detox as I am always complaining of my feet hurting. I work in a spa and have received MANY massages, this was by far the worst experience. The reflexology is anything but that, and I only had all of maybe 10 minutes on my feet. Apparently their idea of a foot massage is awkwardly rubbing your legs to the point of it hurting, petting your scalp, lightly touching your neck/arms/shoulders, and tapotement (that karate chopping move) on your back. NOWHERE does it say in the facility or online that you are getting a "full body" treatment. When my time was finished (the girl literally just walked out of the room, without as much as a "thanks for coming")I just wanted to eat my monetary loss and go home, but was stopped at the door by what must have been the owner and he basically wasn't going to let me leave without tipping the girl who stood next to him. I tried to explain that I was very unhappy without making the girl feel too bad, and he insisted that I HAD to tip her because that's the only way she gets paid! I told him that's not my fault, and that a tip can not be expected, and that I did not even get the service I came there for. So not only did I not get my foot massage, but what I did get was not even relaxing, nor therapeutic. I'm Very unhappy, I will definitely tell everyone I know about this horrible business with false advertising, and their, at best, unsatisfactory "therapists".
