All four tires were replaced on August 26, 2016 due to faulty tire spikes at my work. After they were replaced that took 2:15 hours, which I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and left 15 minutes after they closed (6:15). I performed an inspection of my vehicle noticing that one of the wheels was damaged, grease from the technicians uniform was placed on my microfiber center of my leather drivers seat and on the hood latch release. I brought this up to the attention of the gentleman working the counter and validated that they caused the damage. His excuse of the grease on the seat was because they were in a hurry because of the amount of vehicles they were servicing. One technician walked over with a shop rag and rubbed the grease into the seat. They told me they would contact me first thing in the morning about the replacement wheel but I told them I would be doing a more thorough inspection of the vehicle once I get home because they were closing up as I was talking with them. On my way home my TPMS light illuminated and when I got home all tires were 5-10 PSI under the manufacturer recommended pressure while hot. In the morning when it was cool most tires were slightly over 20 PSI (should have been 35 PSI). After cleaning my car and cleaning off the large about of the tire seal stuff of my wheels there was damage to another wheel. I immediately called the shop and they want me to comeback again to look at it.
