  • This review is for the cafe inside... First off, the service was pretty bad and not a welcoming attitude at all. As if I were an annoyance and not a potential customer. Anyway, ordered an item on the menu that wasn't readily available at the time, but could be cooked in 5 minutes. I said "sure, I don't mind waiting". So I pay upfront and the associate goes into the back area to start making my order. She proceeds to make my order (along with other items) with her bare, unwashed hands. (Which I know because she went straight from the register to the prep area). That was just a complete turn-off, and I left. Not bothering to ask for a refund. Ironically, an "A" grade from the health department was displayed right by the register area.
