  • I called on a Saturday to have a full set done by Louis, the gal on the phone said he would be available in 15 minutes, to come in, they only take walk-ins on Saturdays. I walked in 5mins after my call and Louis said he was full and they were not taking anymore clients for the day. It was inconsiderate and rude. They should have let me know and I would have made arrangements for another day.
