  • I was extremely pleased with my water softener installation from American Home Water & Air. I spoke with Tom Knapp about the systems that AHWA offered. Tom reviewed the systems with me over the phone. He reviewed the features and warranties of both systems I was considering. Tom sent me a quote on both systems via email. I called Tom later that day and ordered the President because of the longer warranty. The next day Angel called to confirm when he was coming to install the system. Angel showed up on time and installed the system in about an hour. Angel reviewed the system with me and answered my questions. Angel did a great job of cleaning up when he was done even wiping down the wall. The system looks great and has worked great since installation.
