  • Had an appt at 7:30 am today and no one showed up!! I had to stay home instead of working and Doug never calls or shows up! NOTHING! I called so many times and then Doug answers with a I'm sleeping type "hello" and then there sounds of the phone moving around and then it hangs up!!! Unbelievable, unprofessional, and self-centered!! So upset! Over it!! What a Jerk!!!!!!
