  • This review is for Max and the framing service at the Summerlin store. Based on a recommendation, I took about a dozen or so pieces of artwork to a DIFFERENT Joann's for framing. There were many problems with the finished product - all but one piece had to be either cleaned up or redone. After some considerable frustration I was put in contact with John Porter, the Regional Manager. John asked if I would be willing to make the trip across town in order to bring my art to Max at the Summerlin store. John assured me that Max is a talented and meticulous framer and John was confident that Max would make sure that all my framing was done properly and I would be happy with the results. John was 100% correct. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Max went over each piece and made sure that everything was done right. Max's work is absolutely perfect. He was patient and careful with my order and always very nice and personable, too. He is knowledgeable about the technical aspects of framing and has a great eye. Thanks to John and Max! I'm really pleased with the final outcome!
