  • This company actually gets 0 stars. DirecTV is a joke, the worst of the worst. They have taken my $25.00 application fee and after 6 months I still have nothing. They can not locate my account, and that is after I have spoken to 5 different DTV "service" personnel and provided them with my account number and confirmation number. The installer arrives to install my system but didn't bring the right equipment, they then, "accidentally" voided my contract and won't credit my original fee to a new account. Folks this company is a scam. You can't understand a thing the service people are saying and If you do get someone that you can understand the telephone service is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They're outright crooks it's a scam! My next call is to my Attorney the State Attorney General and the FCC.
