  • Worst service ever! If I could give them a minus I would. My brother & I walked in for pedicures at 6pm. All techs were busy with customers and only 1 person in the lobby waiting. None of the staff acknowled us, we just signed in. About 15 mins later 2 appointments walked in. They were greeted & told it would be a min. After waiting for an hour (7pm already) a potential customer walked in and was told they could not help they were too busy. At 7:20pm the closes tech to the door approaches us & as what do we need. We said two pedicures, she said oh I'm sorry we can't do it today we are really busy! I almost fell to the ground I was so shocked! My brother said what! We have been waiting over an hour & you're going to turn us away now?!?! All the staff looked upset, exaushted & over worked. No customer service or professionalism in this place makes you wonder if they even sanitize their tools!
