  • EDIT: Just finished the paperwork for my new Wrangler! I was contacted by the leadership who was extremely apologetic and understanding. Had an appointment with Lloyd who was more than accommodating. I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. I suggest asking for Willy! I'm more than surprised by how well the situation was handled by the staff. Very unsatisfied. The first thing we told the salesman is that I wanted to pay no more than 30k out the door for a new Wrangler Unlimited. He said of course we can do that for you. Then, almost immediately we got handed off to another salesman who also told us that he could get it to me for that price. We then went to the extra lot off of Rancho and he couldn't even find the car we went there for. However, we did find another vehicle that we liked. Once we went back to the dealership, the salesman told us to have a seat and he'd be right back with us. He never came back. Instead we were met by some guy in charge of appraisals for trade-ins. He took my info and my keys and left. Then the sales manager came by and told us it would cost 42k. I told him that we were told by TWO salesmen that they could do it for no more than 30k. Without missing a beat, he blankly said "I'll go get your keys." How childish is that? As I left, I couldn't even find my car. They never said they would drive it, and they parked it on the opposite side of the lot and the seat adjustments were all jacked up, somebody was doing a 'Detroit lean' in my car. Extremely unhappy with my experience today, was lied to multiple times and was treated like an idiot. I will be purchasing a new Wrangler, but not from this shady dealership.
