  • Really bad day but really good service. The office staff and technicians were so kind and helpful. And the doctor was straightforward and honest in his approach. I had never been here before and unfortunately my first time wound up being the day I had to put my 15 year old Leopard Gecko down. I had no idea how sick she had become, until the weekend before my urgent Monday morning call for a last-minute appointment. The staff accommodated me and got me in for the first appointment of the morning. I can't thank them enough for that because my poor little leo was really suffering by that point... and probably a lot in the weeks leading up, though I completely missed the signs and mistook a lot of them as winter lethargy, which she did have every year. But my failings aside, the staff and doctor were excellent. Thank you Dr. Starks, Mackenzie, and Constance. You helped make a horrible day more bearable. And the necropsy results gave me peace in knowing I absolutely made the right decision by not prolonging her suffering with treatment. I miss my Enola (Nolie Girl), but every time I see her clay pawprints I'll remember you did right by her in the end.
