  • Great customer service! Friendly! Honest!!!! Good people! Took a watch to another place that tried charging me a ton of money. I went for a second opinion to Norm's and they fixed it while on site and charged me $10! Will go out of my way to go to Norm's any time going forward! Nice, helpful, good and honest!
