  • When I arrived at The Deep Freeze, I was apprehensive as I would be trying something this new. When I arrived Brian one of the 3 owners greeted me and explained to me what we were going to do. He explained that only he and his business partners would be the only ones I would ever see no young high school students who may be great kids but not so attentive as he is. I had talked to several people about doing this and the all asked me if I was crazy. Now I did do my research and had some idea of what I was getting into. The health benefits really made me want to try it. I've had knee problems for many years and recently had injections in both of them to help with the inflammation and pain. Needless to say I've gotten very lazy to protect those nagging knees. After my first two minute treatment I left with plans of doing at least 5 treatments to judge if it was going to work. Let me tell you I'm a totally new woman now after three treatments I'm walking great (I even did stairs today) and sleeping so deep and restfully, and I have so much energy. My suggestion to all of you is TRY it
