  • This Starbucks, closing time as it was or not was a disgrace and I am mainly talking about the washroom and how the employees could seemingly care less that it was literally a crap-hole. Staff were standing around doing nothing, chatting loudly about whatever was more important than doing their basic duties. The washroom reeked, I will not tell you like what... imagine it! No toilet paper Gross black hair in sink Cups and paper towels all over the washroom floor Water everywhere I was so disgusted that I forewent my $6 coffee and went elsewhere. Time for an overhaul, Starbucks, you can do better than this.
