  • I called about their $60 deal in the flyer. The guy picked up and said he's on a call and will call me back within 20 min. No call. I called back 45 minutes later. He said he's a general manager there and said if the carpet has stains, it'll be $130 to clean. That's more than double the flier price! Hmm.. I asked if he offered any feedback rebates because I've never dealt with this company and wanted to have an assurance of a good service. He said that they only give $10 for a review on Yelp, which is not designed for that and doesn't even allow companies solicit for reviews, but he insisted that it has to be Yelp and not any other platform. After I said I'll look at other options, he literally said.. we have plenty of business and don't need the money. Haha.. wow. Yeah, good luck!
