rev:text	Extremely poor work thus far. I will continue to update the review based on their follow through. The GF was left an unpleasant gift from some other driver one day, so on the advice of a friend I sent her to these guys. She stopped by and they said that it would be fixable and scheduled a drop off time. They stated that they would need the car for a day to a day and a half. We made arrangements so it was no big deal, take your time. She dropped it off in the morning and got a call just four hours later saying it was done. Well, as you can see in the pictures the repair was rushed and is very sloppy work. They did not mask well at all, there are scratches in the paint of the "repaired area" and for some reason they appear to have wiped some black paint on the black textured plastic giving it a "scuffed plastic" look. This area was not damaged at all in the incident and did not look this way before we took it to them. I am very pissed off about this part as I do not feel that they can even fix this portion and it may need to be replaced to correct it. We had the girl in the front office, who was very nice by the way look at it and called out the person who did the repair to look over it. She said we would need to schedule a redo but we would need to pay the cost of the repair now ($250) and come back a week later. We were not happy about paying for bad work and before seeing if they can even make it right. We are going to take it back to give them a chance to fix it but I hope this time it is done right and they repair the damage that they did by painting the black plastic area.
