  • Quite appalled with recent events. We moved out of this place in January 2016. 11 months later we receive a call from a debt company that an overdue account has been handed to them to collect ! I could not believe that Waterford Place did not bother to contact us a single time niether a phone call or email.. (they have all our information on file) Nonetheless we made the payment immediately only to find later that the collections company had already put in a deregotary mark on our credit file ! I need to mention here that the amount "claimed" as outstanding was less than $100 !! Waterford Place's management take notice you cannot treat customers this way. A simple 5 second effort on your behalf could have prevented this.
