Our one night stay was just 'ok'! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The place itself just needs a little sprucing while keeping the feel of an old place that has a lot of history. The beds were terrible and very uncomfortable and all of the bed pillows were hard. The tv volume was not working and the picture was terrible. We were happy that our room was clean and had a private bath. The temperature of the water wasn't consistent and would switch from warm to scalding hot in seconds. The parking was $20 which was added to our room, which is ridiculous, but expected in downtown Phoenix.
We had a fun night out on the town with our friends, which made our stay a blast!
Tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Love downtown, but would probably stay somewhere else next time.
