  • Found this shop on yelp and called to get some quotes for my SUV. As soon as I called the gentleman picking up the phone was completely disinterested in helping me out so I asked to speak with someone else and she didn't give me much reassurance either. Customer service is important to me and little things like a phone call can mean future business with them. If they're treating their potential customers apathetically I can only imagine how it'd be if I was their customer. I'm NOT doing business with them.
