  • Worst customer service on the planet. I sent in several pans for their lifetime warranty. They lost them. When I called to follow up, they accused me lying! Pierre is quite possibly the rudest and least helpful person I have ever encountered in customer service. I have spent several thousand dollars on their cookware, and they are just going to leave me hanging. I will never buy another piece of all-clad again. What happened to the customer is always right????
