  • I am honestly not surprised by these bad reviews! My sister and I went in there Saturday at 5pm, they closed at 6pm so I am guessing the guy that was helping us just wanted to leave. I wanted to trade in my car that has negative equity and pay the difference in cash and get a new one. I was pre-approved with Capital One and let the guy know that, but also let him know that I was wanting to see if I could get a better rate with their financing, he was so sure I would be able to. He came back and said they appraised my car, it was so low, even thousands below the "Fair" condition in KBB. Maybe he thought I wasn't smart enough to do research. He presented me like $700/month payment scenario. I calculated everything online with the handy tool capital one allows. Did not want to spend anytime with us, no one could explain why they valued my trade so low. My sister was interested in getting a Jeep, and I would co-sign as well and he said they couldn't do that. Didn't even run her application to see what her credit looked like. I am so happy they were too uninterested in my business and trade because I got a beautiful car at CARDINALE MAZDA MESA and they gave me the full KBB (in excellent condition) amount for my trade. My sister got a new car as well. Glad we were able to go somewhere that didn't scam or are not too lazy to try different scenarios. Oh and also I had purchased my car from there in 2015 and was going to be a repeat customer, now I am a never ever again customer!
