About 6 months ago I went in to replace these old teeth with implants. Prices seemed fair and reasonable. During the extraction process the dentist stated I would need to have additional procedures to be more successful. I was a bit set back by the price but finally agreed. During check out, the office manager gave me the bill for about $350 more than I agreed to with the dentist. When I asked about it, she said I was given the wrong line item number and that this was the bill I needed to pay. I regret that I did not hold them to the agreed price (I will blame that on the Novocaine and other drugs). I have since gone to another dental office and ended up paying much less than Floss Dental's inflated rates. Longs story short - be careful of their business practices.
