In the mood for Italian food before seeing a show. We decided to try Trattoria Reggiano in Downtown Summerlin. The ambience he's quite nice. You can choose between eating Outdoors on the patio or inside. Both good options. The service was excellent. The complimentary garlic knots that they serve at the beginning of the meal a truly outstanding . Unfortunately the rest of the food did not rise to that level. For my entree I chose the chicken marsala. It comes with a side of pasta. The chicken was chewy and the flavor blah. My wife went with the meatball baked ziti. Also very mediocre. My buddy order the lasagna. He had difficulty eating it and rated it as poor at best. I gave it three stars rather than less because of the garlic knots and the outstanding service period but I certainly would not return here when there were so many other options for good quality Italian food in the area.
