Dr. Berger has been my dentist for 5 years. My experience within that time has been satisfactory, however, in the last few months, I showed up for an appointment only to be told it was canceled because I did not confirm. Their recorded message re: appointments does not advise automatic cancellation if the appointment is not confirmed. I didn't know. Previously, my understanding was a fee will be charged for no-shows. So, I made another appointment. 2 weeks after my re-schedule, I had a second app. I got a reminder voice mail msg in which I called back to confirm, yeah!! Again, showed up on time only to find out my crown did not come in. Although, I received a reminder call for that very appointment and I confirmed, no one called me to advise my crown did not come in. I showed up only to find out dental work could not be performed and NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE MADE ANY EFFORT TO NOTIFY ME. A WASTED TRIP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON FOR SOMEONE IN THEIR SENIOR YEARS IS unacceptable and unprofessional.
