  • When my dad had to vacate his 3500 square foot rental property, in addition to window washing and carpet cleaning, the home required a deep clean. It was an important decision choosing Tidy Maids because the return of an $8000 security deposit hung in the balance. I am glad to say that he was not disappointed. Price In terms of price, the quote he received was decent considering the size of the house and all of longterm stains that covered half the garage carpets. Response Time and Follow Up The associates were quick to return his initial call and all those subsequent. My dad didn't make things easy by modifying the date and time of the job several times. But on each occasion, they were courteous and flexible, seeming to appreciate what he was going through which felt good during a very stressful period. The associates arrived and finished on time bringing all their own materials. Expertise The whole family was impressed by the description of their process and use of non-toxic products. Success in Delivering Service While appropriate to manage our expectations, every trace of water stains from the shower doors were gone. For anyone that's taken on this job,its no small task--and with non-toxic products no less! The house itself--carpets, tile flooring, each and every drawer interior--was spotless. Reliability There is nothing more to say but the fact that their stellar job was the sole reason for the complete return of my dad's security deposit. Tidy maids played a very significant role on that. As a result of the superior efforts and stunning results delivered by Tidy maids, his landlady, a broker with a major realty company, following the final walk-through, wanted the name of the company that cleaned the house because she intended to utilize them in the future and refer them to her own clients. I recommend without hesitation this fine company for all your house cleaning needs.
