  • Not even one star is good enough. Ron the owner refused to pay for the damage that the delivery men caused to my outlet. Eddie told me it would lock the cover it doesn't lock. The delivery men did not bring a hose. Horrible service was over two hours late and the business is 4.4 miles from my home. Ron, the owner claimed ignorance and kept rattling off about 220 voltage when the hot tub I bought is 110. Like a was a stupid woman. Bbb complaint will be filed. Do your homework on this his business he is not worth your hard earned money.
