  • The level that this complex has dropped in service, safety and cleanliness is really hard to put into words. Upon moving back to this complex after living abroad, I anticipated coming back to the original complex I was familiar with. Which was clean, extremely safe with an office staff who always went above and beyond for the residents. No security monitoring the grounds anymore (at least they're never seen), filthy stair and hallways with damage to equipment (the security sign has been hanging from the ceiling for over 3 months), apartment wasn't cleaned prior to moving in, broken microwave, broken dishwasher that leaked water all over the counter and my laptop (sorry was all I got from the manager), carpeting blackened with dirt and pet urine and fecal stains all over and was actually told the carpets would be fine after shampooing (give me a break) **i personally contacted the maintenance staff to request new carpet and they got it pushed through**. Three months after moving in I'm literally still deep cleaning my apartment (deep cleaning=bleaching the air vents because so coated with dirt and grease). It's just awful in every way except the maintenance staff. The guys are great and I have a feeling they understand the frustration from the residents with the incompetence coming from the managerial staff. The office is of no help with anything...literally nothing. They give incorrect information about pricing due to new employees not being trained properly ( FYI, you need to be correct when quoting prices). Do anything other than renting and moving here and paying exorbitant prices for such an awful place. It's amazing how fast a place can turn with a management staff that is so incompetent. Very unfortunate as it's such a great location.
