If you want a car, look elsewhere. Showed up for our "reserved car" only to be told they didn't have any cars. None. We (and the other people in line who's cars were not available) asked if they could get cars from their other locations (same company). Apparently, the other locations had cars but refused to transfer them. Crazy part is, the employees said this happens regularly. Sounds like it's a corporate problem. The employees were nice enough but that doesn't do you much good if you can't get a car...you know...the primary function of a rental car company. We got lucky, and had a car after an hour but the line of people behind us were not so lucky.
