  • Enjoyed coming here at first with my mom, problems came when trying to transfer a package from her name to mine. We both agree that the blonde main front receptionist is rude and unwelcoming/ not willing to help fix a problem ever. The manager is super nice and willing to help, I will give them that. I've had problems the last 5 or 6 times I have came, one resulting for me paying for the service after being told I have none in my package left. I knew they were wrong so I simply called them after and told them the issue, after further examine on their end they fixed the problem and "put one more on my package" they can't find my package any time I go even after I watch them "put notes" saying how much I have now. Apparently now I have none and would have had to pay again today if I didn't stand my ground. I will not be coming back here ever.
