Came in at 5pm to have my tires balanced because the other Sams club didn't do it right the first time. My steering wheel starts to vibrate at high speed on the freeway. The guy told me he would be back in less than 5 minutes to help me out after I told him what I needed done for my car. About an hour later, he came back to tell me that he could not get to my car because there are 3 cars ahead of mine. I'm back again in the morning, a girl at the front quoted a two hours wait for two cars ahead of mine. My advice is to save some money from buying their lifetime balance. Seems like they hate doing a free balance. I ended up waiting more than two hours, 20 till three hours only because I checked up on them. Mary Jane did not call me to tell me that they were done with the balance. I asked for a receipt, and she told me that she had put it in my glove compartment. I thought to myself that it was invasion of privacy for them to go in our personal things. They should of give me the receipt, not go in my glove compartment. Turns out that there were no receipts anywhere in the car.
