First I want to say the morning shift employees are great, but when it's late afternoon and at night there is a reflection of management and ownership that is apparent.
I shouldn't need to always double check if the sauces I requested are in the bag if I was asked when I ordered and then asked again when I pay. There are two things I can't stand is when something so simple as the hot mustard and sweet and sour sauces I request are not in the bag when I get home. Or when I ask for a couple extra and an attitude is given because they can only give so many.
Train the employees to not dump 10 in the bag but if customers want more then provide a couple more. This poor service was received by the staff on the day of this post, January 30, 2018 at 9:40PM.
If there was something done above and beyond, it would be great to post, unfortunately this is not the case.
