  • Horror experience. Pedicure: I scheduled a gel pedicure, they were out of gel, the water was scalding hot, the technician dig super hard into my toe nails and it was quite painful. She DID NOT file or scrub any dead skin off my heels, or file my toe nails. What kind of pedicure is that? Hair: I asked them to leave my hair long and they cut it above the shoulder when I came in with it in the middle of my back. HORRIBLE! The "face framing" was 4in bangs. Yuck! The shampoo was rough and did not include a head massage. I don't know what they are teaching people at this "school" but it's the worst beauty treatment I have ever received. The girls even gossiped about other customers in front of me which is unprofessional and put me in an uncomfortable position.
