  • This No Frills is the closest one to my home. It is in a plaza with the Royal Bank. To the person who designed this parking lot, what were you thinking? I find it dangerous parking in this lot. Folks pull out of parking spots and don't see others because the lot is both narrow and has odd curves. The other day, I needed celery for my green drink. I also needed visit the bank, so I visited this No Frills. I dropped by on a Wednesday morning. The drivers in this lot weren't crazy. They can be during peak hours, so you need to use caution when you are driving. I parked fairly close to the store and walked in. I like that I know my way around this store well. I basically grabbed a bag of celery, looked at some other produce, and left. This store has a small President's Financial (it hasn't fully converted to Simplii yet) section. It is next to the cashier area. This store also has a Chinese bakery. It's okay, but I would recommend going someplace else for decent bakery items. I had a cashier who wasn't friendly at all. I said hi and I got nothing from her. I gave her $2 and she gave me a nickel back without saying a thing. I wasn't feeling any warmth. At least I got what I needed. The celery was fresh. No complains here. (244)
