  • I would not give a star!!! The manager Casey is very rude, curt and nasty. she has no customer service skills or professionlism. I wanted my natural nails geled. Casey told me "we don't do gel nails on natural nail". I know they do because they did my nails before and my Aunt gets hers done there all of the time. The other staff would not give me customer service. They told me "only the manager could talk to you"! Casey, the manager was so nasty, I left! They will not get my hard working dollars!!! When you call they do not understand what you are saying! Poor communication!!! They will hang up in your face!!! Thumbs down!!!!
