First time I called they wanted me to leave a voice mail. I did and I waited for almost two days. I went online and requested an appointment and that went smoother. I got a confirmation for 1/31/18 @ 12:45 pm which I kept.
The process went smoothly and the guesstimate was about 3 weeks depending on hidden issues. Fine I began the wait.
on 2/20/18 someone called and said they did not have my records yet. So I reached out to my doctor. Turns out I had a five-year-old fax #. Oops!
I get the correct fax and I begin the second wait!
3/12/18
Still no contact with my new MM card. I call the TPCC home office and they claim they have not recieved the records yet! I call my Dr. They say the records were faxed to Bactis Medical records. This is a company that sends medical records when requested. My doctor said they have a confirmation that the records were sent on 2/20/2018! I get a number from bactis and they're so busy they want me to leave a VM. I did. So began my third wait.
I'm pushing 6 weeks into this deal and the only thing I've got is a bill for $300 and nothing else.
Unsolicited advise? Follow up on every thing that is supposed to get done right away.
I give 4 stars because not all of this is PCC's fault. I would give five stars but I've docked them 1 star for their phones. Very hard to get and they at times don't return a call when a VM is left Other than that they were very professional and got me out of the clinic in a reasonable amount of time.
