3 months ago I used zipcar. Terrible car. Gas card didn't work so I had to pay with my own credit card. Kept having to extend because car malfunctions and further delays caused by zipcar. I complained via email after my trip and included my receipt for reimbursement. 3 months later I have not gotten a response after several follow ups by email and phone calls made to the customer service line. Still have not been reimbursed for the gas. They also mischarged me for the trip. I have called and been promised that someone would be in touch with me within two business days and I still have not heard from a customer service representative once. I have called the line 4 times now. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was my initial experience with zipcar unsatisfactory but I have not heard from someone to correct it. Not impressed and quite shocked really. Still waiting to hear from someone from zipcar. I confirmed they have all my emails and complaints on file as well.
