  • Great customer service is NOT their priority. Dealt with Lisa. Initial meeting was great, but she never delivered a plan or quote. Cancelled on us twice stating she was working 70+ hrs a week and that she had other customer plans that she was pulling together. Don't waste your time - go to Sonoran Landesign as they were fantastic and know what customer service is all about.
