  • I have been a tenant for almost five years.I have never had a problem with the owner or property management until recently. I am not even sure if I've met Jamie Schmidt face to face. I typically always speak with Claudia. Claudia is very nice and gets things done in a timely manner. After one brief conversation with Jamie, she is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL. She is extremely rude and speaks to people like they are peasants and she is the queen.
