  • I went to pick up a prescription that is only offered at Walgreens. First they Couldn't find it then there was a problem with my insurance. I was told that my insurance had the wrong date of birth so they could not match it on their system. I know for a fact that my insurance company has my correct date of birth but the woman at the counter insisted it was wrong, which was rude and unprofessional. I went to Walgreens because I had to but I will never go there again.
