| - Expertly cooked meats and delicious sides. Nice variety of items at the salad bar and hot items bar. Do yourself a favor and grab a tiny bowl and get a delicious sauce or two to dip your meat in. (My favorite was the chimichuri with my steaks, and the roasted garlic on the warm bread). The sushi was surprisingly very good!
Not to be missed, the lobster bisque! Oh man....so delicious, and in a buffet environment no less! I've had a lot of lobster bisques, and this one is definitely tops! Also....au gratin potatoes. Try some, do it - maybe mix in some of that roasted garlic too!
Okay, so everyone goes here for the meats and I can definitely see why. They make it easy for newbies and you get a red/green sign to signal the servers to stop by, but really they were all asking regardless if it was red (pass for now). I was partial to the beef cuts, but the chicken and sausages were acceptable. After a few bites of sausage, the salty factor caught up to me and it was no longer enjoyable. If dining with others, perhaps split a portion your served, that way you can sample more and decide what tastes best for you. My husband I used this method and we were able to sample almost everything we wanted, and then some.
Worth the hype, and at the price I could not have asked for better cooked steak. You definitely get what you pay for. Utilize the reservation feature on their website!
