  • All numbers on close were wrong -- off a week on the close date, and date was used in multiple amount calculations -- this because .. they did NOT read contract addendum sent them several weeks prior -- then ignored our repeatedly attempts at pointing this out, displaying arrogant attitude and dismissively refusing to make the needed changes. They did not include sellers rent-back -- even though clearly indicated in the contract -- again arrogantly saying 'we do not do that' - you handle that personally. They made the requested changes ONLY after we indicated we were not going to sign papers and close -- that this would be on them. On the day of the close they sent us to their new office address way across town -- but they had not moved there yet and no one bothered to let us know. We called - they gave us their old office address which our Garmin could not find - Garmin took us to address that was just huge construction site - after several more calls found out that their old office was buried in Tivoli shopping district - only accessible from SINGLE elevator, found in just one particular spot, in massive underground parking garage. Trying to think how experience could be worse. Nope .. I've got nothing!
